Our basic task is organization of direct sales at the Russian market.
Conditions:
- goods or their analogues should be known at the Russian market;
- there should be high and stable demand for such goods;
- goods should possess some serious competitive advantages (quality, price, terms of deliveries);
- sales of such goods do not require participation of subdivision of engineering.
Examples: cable products and materials, wiring equipment and accessories, tubes and fittings instruments etc.
We are solving the main task – organization of direct sales, namely:
- we include goods in our General Catalogue;
- we provide the special Sales Managers;
- we provide advertising at our own expenses;
- we buy goods from manufacturer in Europe;
- we solve all tasks on goods transporting and custom clearing;
- we use our facilities for goods storage both in Germany and Russia;
- we present goods in our show-room;
- we offer customers technical consulting for products;
- we offer (on base of separate agreement with manufacturer) after-sales technical service.
Manufacturer, as a rule, pays at this variant expenses for the goods certification, participates in shares in the specialized exhibitions in Russia, and provides catalogues and advertising materials in Russian (we carry out technical organization of all these business events at our expenses).
Our requirements to the manufacturer in this case:
- high quality of goods;
- competitive prices;
- advantageous conditions of supply (delay of payment, commodity credit).
Additional joint possibility for cooperation is forming of storage with the wide assortment of specified goods in Russia. In this case we are ready to provide of the guarded storing facilities, organization of goods acceptance, storage and certainly sales, and manufacturer provides goods supply on conditions of payment delay for certain time (on the basis of separate agreement).
